The first generation of the legendary e-type is, in our opinion, the purest form of the model. Subsequent models were modified to suit the American market with open headlamps and wider wheel arches. This 1967 4.2 fhc is an excellent example and hasn’t been over-restored, so it retains much of its original patina and charm. The car has been to us a few times for general maintenance and servicing, particularly of the fuel system.
