This BMW joined us for the first phase of its restoration process. The aim of this phase was to address the underbody corrosion and address some of the suspension and brake issues with the aim of bringing the car up to a road going condition.

Strangely, parts availability for this model are particularly difficult. The main BMW dealership network can obtain many parts, but basic consumable items, such as brakes, exhaust and tyres aren’t available.

The car has now left us, hopefully to return soon to address the bodywork and trim items to bring it back to a fully restored condition.
