Last year we assessed a few TR6s to help our Customer buy a really good example of the marque. This is a stunning 1970 CP version, which coincidentally is only a few build numbers away from the red TR6 that we recently restored. Even though the car is stunning, it still needed a few items addressing, such as oil leaks, poor door gaps, worn suspension bushes and leaking brakes. Upon stripping the engine, we also found that it hadn’t been converted to run on unleaded fuel. All the items are now resolved and the car is back with it’s owner, ready for lots of fun.
